Upon the driver's acceptance of the order, they gain access to the user's location. The driver proceeds to the user's location and begins the trip, during which the driver's location is shared with the user for the duration of the journey. Once the trip is completed, the driver marks it as finished. At this point, the driver's location is no longer shared with the customer, and they are free to leave. We are using map location to retrieve the current locations of both users and drivers. In the user app, we obtain the user's current location before they place an order. In the driver app, we utilize background location tracking to continuously update the driver's current location during a trip and when they are available for new orders.
